Because I’ve been there and back!

Menopause hit me like a ton of bricks! I tried everything to cope, but nothing worked. One night, I woke up drenched and jokingly thought, "Did my husband wet the bed?" 😂

Then, life threw another curveball. What should've been a simple transition to caring for an 93 yr old elderly parent turned everything upside down. Stress was everywhere. Some days, I felt like I couldn't breathe.

Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, we found out she had Lewy Body dementia. Add in caring for my mother-in-law, being a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and running a business. A woman who’s walked the same path you have.

Overwhelm? Stress beyond measure! 🌟
