When you're anxious, your body is in a constant state of stress.
This can lead to insomnia and fatigue and I am sure this is not something that you want.
So make sure you're getting enough sleep by going to bed at the same time each night and setting aside time for relaxation before bed.
With work and a long to do list, I can be difficult but even if you can close your eyes for 15 min during the day if you're feeling exhausted.
Taking some time out for yourself- whether it's reading, taking a bath, or going for a walk- can also do wonders for your anxiety levels. Make sure to nurture yourself both physically and mentally; your anxiety will thank you for it!'
