Taking vitamins and minerals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
But I didn't always take them the way that I should have. Because no one told me how to consume them, I just knew take the most important vitamins and I will be okay.
I consumed the same womens multivitamin, Vitamin E, or maybe a Vitamins D during the winter, that most women take.
However, I always felt that, it was never what my body really needed to feel balanced and in flow. I sort of felt off!
Then there were other times when I just took what my husband had purchased for the household.
So, clearly we were taking the same supplements for a period of time.
Then one day I had an epiphany. I thought to myself, “my body is constantly changing so why doesn’t my vitamins”?
