Secret To Shopping For Clothes While Losing Weight

You are not alone because studies show that 60% of women around the world are somewhat overweight.

In fact: 23% white women, 36% Latina women and 38% black women are slightly obese.

Secret #1 Ditch The Belly Bloat

It’s best to eat AFTER you do your shopping to make sure nothing will cause your stomach to bloat.

Certain foods can cause bloating in your stomach especially healthy vegetables such as Broccoli, corn, Cauliflower, Kale, White Onion or Artichokes.

Really be careful of eating sandwiches made with white bread, because white flour is made by stripping the grains of all it’s nutrients: fiber, vitamins, minerals, essential oils even protein.

White flour and white flour products often contribute to constipation and other digestive troubles.

Since they are stripped of all fiber, they actually stick to the walls of the intestines, causing blockages, instead of moving things along quickly and smoothly. White Rice is the same.

Secret #2 Regulate Your Sodium 

Who doesn’t love pasta sauce or a crunchy salad with dressing on it?

Go easy on anything that has sodium in it, including ethnic cuisines.

Instead, ask for Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon on the side that way you can make your own simple vinaigrette by adding salt and pepper.

By reducing your salt you won’t have induced sodium water retention just in-case you want to try on shoes later.

Secret #3 Reduce Liquid Beverages

Sparkling water or carbonated beverages may be your favorite go-to but carbonation can create gas bubbles in your digestive system causing your stomach to bloat like a balloon.

Be cautious of black coffee as well since it is a diuretic and acts as a laxative effect in some people.

Weight gain didn’t happen overnight so sustainable weight loss will not come off overnight rather 5, 10 or 30 pounds.

Be kind to yourself and have fun shopping.
