The inability to say no, will not allow you to safeguard or protect your emotional healthy without feeling depleted. Especially if you want to live a chic and healthy lifestyle. When you allow other people to crouch upon your time, you began to carry the load of other people who refuse to carry there own load.

Well, this is definitely not the highest quality video I’ve shared with you, but I know you’ll forgive me, given that I’m doing it as I take my daily walk.

I get my biggest ah-ha moments when I am walking in nature. Which is why I encourage my clients to do the same.

At first glance, it may not seem that there is a problem with your wellbeing, but how you respond and interact with people in your life plays a huge role on your emotional health, but I want you to watch this week’s message to understand how you can protect your wellbeing:

You see, you are here for a reason. There is a reason for your “being.”

One of the things I hear a lot from our Makeover Calls is that the women I talk to don’t feel like being social-able when they are not comfortable. in their body.

Because they have tried everything in the past, they are at a point of feeling stuck with the size they are now.

They aren’t sure what to eat, what not to eat dining out, or how to take all of the information, advice, strategies and tools about living a chic healthy life to make being healthy and well work for them.
