Hello, I’m Milan, 50 year young and owner of Sonaturelle Wellness. Lifestyle & Wellness Coach.

Through my ‘Chic Women Don’t Diet’ programs, I  work with women 50+ who need wellness support.

Through my journey I’ve gained weight through emotional eating, my hair fell out and my skin when haywire from digestive issues. This was frustrating, embarrassing as well as shameful. Because I was an herbalist, ex-model, image consultant, health/wellness practitioner, well-being coach and culinary graduate.

The turning point… came when one day sitting in my car crying, realizing that I hadn’t been taking care of myself even though I knew exactly how to. I somehow allowed myself to get pushed into the background.

Prioritizing external factors and caring for others, became high on my list. Being almost 50 I knew I needed to reclaim myself. So I began to implement everything I had studied and learned.

After an intensive study in functional medicine, holistic health, and herbalism…I had a goal in 2010 to blend the world of wellness with food, wine, dining, and travel. While receiving an educational training in Chicago from the International Culinary School of Chicago-at the Art Institutes, my studies included:

  • Amuse Bouche

  • Latin cuisine

  • French cuisine

  • American cuisine

  • Mediterranean cuisine

…including personal mentorship from Top Chicago Executive Chefs. I enjoy teaching my clients how to eat well so they can be healthier and lose weight without constant yo-yo dieting.
