Eating Healthy When You Don’t Know How To Start

Many women feel hesitate when it comes to eating healthy because they don’t know where to start. Especially, when it comes to cooking at home. You may have cook books in the home but many recipe books are not designed for the novice cook.

OK, I get it.

What I am about to share with you in today’s inspiring video might seem not doable.

Hint: it really is that easy the tenancy to complicate things takes the forefront.

Yes, my focus here at Sonaturelle Wellness Boutique Business is to give you the recipe that will help you to transition from being a woman who rarely spends time in the kitchen to someone that has become a novice cook, without sacrificing your time.

But the way to start feeling more at ease being in the kitchen is to have some basic know how, and to focus on learning a new way or idea.

This concept has had a huge impact on my clients and followers, and I believe it will have the same impact on you. Watch this:

You see, it’s not about reading cookbooks – just simple techniques.

When we put on a role that is domesticated in nature, we fall into a regression mindset. This mindset takes us back to growing up and watching mamam in the kitchen for hours.

That’s when we start shutting the idea down of doing what women used to take delight in, not in a servitude way but to connect with a way to nurture our body physically, until this no longer becomes a dreaded routine but something we look forward to.

Instead, when we focus on the time it takes to do the menu planning, grocery shopping, unpacking your food, and then cooking it…the excitement is gone to where you no longer see it as easy.

And ironically, when you connect your thoughts to the purpose of being in the kitchen, that takes your feelings to a different level. One of nurturing, self-care, and giving love to your food. Yes, you can enjoy eating healthy even when you don’t know how to cook well.

Don’t miss watching this week’s message. I have two big tip recommendations for you in the video.
