Come Cook With Me Home in Isolation

Can you come cook with me, during our time in isolation? This is a special invitation from my home to yours. Join me in my space to cook with me at home in isolation. It’s been almost 1 month since we have been in isolation and people are seeking to get back to normal but unfortunately things are not normal. Well, as least the normal as we knew it, there will be a new normal that we have to accept and began to build our establish a newer routine.

As we do start to establish this new normal I have return to my passion that gives me a little piece of escape while I am quarantined. But just like you I am tire of being quarantined and I am ready to get back out to start dining out again.

However, I still enjoy really good food at home, that is delicious with lots of flavor!

In this video I am going to be sharing with you one of my favorite recipes that was a request by one of my followers. This is a super simple recipe and will become a favorite of yours as well.

Before you start any recipe is always a good idea to have all of your ingredients out in front of you so that you can see them and won’t lose time in the kitchen.

I will be including the recipe so you can go at the bottom of this video and start cooking.

Since you are dining at home more now in isolation, this is a new experience for you. So, you may find yourself eating a more and making frequent trips to the refrigerator or just not paying attention to what you purchase from the grocery store. Because you want to get in and get out!

If this is your experience, this is a clear indication that you have not been menu planning like you should.

Which is what makes this a good recipe because you can just pop them in a ziplock bag and freeze them or save some for the rest of the week.

If you are solo in the house, then come cook with me to see how I easy it is to freeze half of your cooked meatballs and reheat them as you are ready to eat them.

I can’t stress this important it is to mis-en-place 1st! Because if you mis-en-place 1st then everything is already right there in it’s place.
