Water, water, and more water. I can’t say enough about this free beverage. Water hydrate should always be consumed 30 minutes before your meal and 1 hour after to assist in assimilating of digested food. If you find that you have to drink with your food this could be a clear indication that you are eating too fast or your food is too salty.
