Here are a few tips that has helped my clients get the weight off without dieting:

  1. Get control over your cravings, become the master over them. Cravings are both physiological and biological (stress related or deficiency related). It may help to recognize the cause of your craving. Is it environmental, special memories, smells or sights. Once you know why then you are best able to take control. For example if you are craving sugar more than likely your body wants chocolate which is linked to a magnesium deficiency.

  2. Ween yourself off certain foods like white flour products. Which are devoid of nutrients. It is a dead food, which most states require this to be enriched with niacin, iron or thiamin. White flour products cause constipation, digestive issues and it stick to the walls of the intestines. So, it doesn’t help you in anyway.

  3. Boost your metabolism! Over time our metabolism slows over time because of age, our lifestyle, thyroid and hormone. Your metabolism never stops working even if you have a sedentary lifestyle. It needs to be active so that certain bodily functions like breathing, your blood circulating and repairing cells uses energy. Seventy percent of calories are even burned while you sleep.

Hence the best way to help speed up your metabolism so that your weight will no longer be at a standstill is by following the above tips. So that your weight will slowly come off so that you can fit in the clothes you desire.
