This week is Womens Wellness Week September 6September 12, 2015. I would like to take a moment to add my voice to this week to empower you with a new way of being. Why is it that we are not living in the present? We are either 1 minute in the past or 1 hour ahead of ourselves.

During my trip to France or just dining out with my French friends the difference in our lifestyles is so obvious. They tend to savor things that American women so often take for granted like dining out, weight control and enjoying friendships.
