Years ago Beauty and Health were 2 very separate things. But as our lives become more frantic as busy women in a modern world we forget to focus on things that helps us to stay beautiful.

Through the years we have begun to look towards Eastern Healing practices for health, wellness and beauty tips.

For example detox, meditation, diaphragmatic breathing for de-stressing.

As I have often said in some of my earlier blogs we all have the same 1,440 minute in a day, right?

But I am hearing so often from my clients, ” I am so busy”.  Usually when we are to busy, something has to go…it is usually YOU!

A great way to feel in charge of a frantic life is to set up what you want to happen each day.

That means creating and including activities that will improve the quality of your life. In order to experience beauty in your life you have to create it either through action or a shift in mindset.

Learn to create your beautiful world daily no matter where you are.

Don’t forget those little things you can do externally that doesn’t cost you anything.

Smile — it enhances immunity and improves your mood which affects your state of mind to be positive.

Make une petite coin (a french corner) in your home but ensure that is as beautiful as it can be.

Set the lightening using dimmers or candles, find music that soothes your soul. I love Josh Groban his music makes me feel as if I can be a beautiful modern dancer or ballerina.

Take some time to blend your favorite sensual smells into the air to lull you into a place of true contentment.

Our noses work like a direct passage to the brain. The moment we smell a fragrance that reminds us of a positive memory, we experience the same good feelings again.
